General Return Policy: Returns and exchanges of merchandise are excepted under the following conditions. Store credits are available if merchandise is returned with a postmark within 30 days, returns and exchanges are available when returned with a postmark within 14 days following the receipt of your order. Merchandise must be in the same condition as received with tags still attached, unworn and unwashed in order to return or exchange the merchandise. Return for refund and exchanges are allowed if the return merchandise is received within 14 days of initial delivery. Shipping on exchanges is free! We will credit you with the return shipping charge and ship the exchange for free. Just ship back to us using USPS priority mail in the box/ packaging that it was received in. If the 14 days has passed since receiving your merchandise, you may still request a store credit as long as the merchandise returns to us within 30 days of initial delivery. Please do not attempt to return anything after the 30 days has passed. Shipping is only free for exchanges made within the 14 days and is not free for refunds requested within the 14 day return window. Returns for store credit received after the 14 day window are no longer eligible for free shipping. Store credits are issued as gift certificates and will be mailed to you within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If we have your email on file, we will email your gift certificate code promptly in addition to mailing it. Returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
